Show your home DJ booth (Part 2)

The force is one of the best music products created for standalone use. Works well as a DJ sample player or tool to play along with while DJing for sample triggering. Syncs with the denon using ableton link, and so my beats can be used in mashups. May the force be with you tooooo haha

depends on where I’m at and what kind of mood I’m in for the week currently I’m running four SC 6000. 4 channels going into my rane rotary and four channels go into the X 1850 on the B side for anybody that likes faders that comes to visit me. That dump digitally into the session on the fifth channel of the rain and I have it so when you turn a level up, it’s just like the rain. It comes out the master over there. No master needed gets a little tricky queuing if I’m playing two decks on the X 1850 otherwise I just queue the fifth channel. Usually have a pioneer hooked up because anywhere I go that’s elsewhere … Well, you know the story. That plugs into the auxiliary on the rain if I’m updating record box. It’s actually really a nice set up with the up down table if I’m sitting or standing and the workflow I have going a lot of times the B sides are doing nothing more than sitting on SoundCloud or hooked up to a Bluetooth device devices, but it comes in handy. Bedroom therapy, DJ for 25 years and I’ve probably spent just as much time building DJ booze or thinking about building them as I have playing out but my time behind the deck is priceless in the house.

Definitely not enough gear. Not nearly enough.

Just a suggestion, maybe we should start a fresh one of these threads each year. It is a lot to load all of the images while scrolling through to the end. plus people can see current setups.

This topic was made because all setup images were scattered around the forum, to bring them together in one place. The spinoff topic to discuss setups is also available.

We’ve reached a posts limit at one time, so that’s why this is part2. :innocent:

The forum software has functionality to jump directly to the most recent post.

Need to find that, mine jumps to the first unread post. I was just suggesting a setup thread for each year, so it is not so long. This page is massive to load….

But it’s worthwhile to wait.

I heve nothing to add.

I agree it takes a while, but sometimes I like to look back at the changes people made over time. It’s worth the wait.

Massive to load on what? For me here it loads instantly (old PC with Windows 11).

@Reese is there anything you can do re the pics hosted on imgur? We can’t see them in the UK any more.
