Favourite dance tracks (preferably lesser known but meh, post what you want)

Yeah, I too am LOVIN’ the Garage vibes from Kevin’s contributions!! Garage House is sooo underrated!!! Jeremy Sylvester (Urban Dubz) is one of my GOATS!!! He’s def’ on that Garage House tip!! Ahh, I can listen to that sound for HOURS!! I especially LOVED that ‘Warrior One’ joint. On that Speed Garage tip!

A lot of my ‘House & Garage’ folder has gravitated towards that type of sound, and it’s not been a conscious thing, just tracks on Traxsource I loved. I see they have given it a whole separate genre now too so easier to find.

Nice them PK. Liking the tribal beat on the first.

Not sure if anyone has seen the Defected YouTube mix by the guy from Mood ii Swing but he dropped one of my favourite Sade edits, I usually loop the backing vocal for about 15 minutes after I mix out of the track when im at home haha.

Speaking of Mood ii Swing, some absolute monster tracks from them over the years.

And this one.

His defected in the house cd is still one of the best dj mixes about

I just fell down the Block & Crown rabbit hole, OMG! I don’t know how they’re getting away with some of these mixes but they’re fantastic.

Yeah, I had made a post late last night with many of my favorite (Breaks, DnB, House, Techno, UKGarage) tracks from the remote past, but it seemed kinda’ silly to me, so I discarded it. Made me feel old, haha! I would much rather post tracks from the past few’ish years that are still relevant, that peeps could use in a set today. Kids (those reading this thread) probably don’t want to hear the memories of a bunch of old guys like us, haha. They want to hear that hott newer 'ish that inspires us older guys. At least that’s what I was thinking. All these tracks are NEW favorites of mine! I anticipate them being rinsed out by me for years to come.

So this is a little older, but dayum, is this ‘ish FIRE!! Lovin’ that Halftime vibe… https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FNnGxmkCXX8

I’ll post the Techno later.

Here’s one that I hammered at gigs ever since I heard it on an Alan Fitzpatrick sunset mix from a rooftop in Ibiza. Such an awesome rework of a rave classic.

About the same time as this came out, with big support from Digweed and co.

This one is actually a good friend of mine on remix duties. Fun fact, it’s the only version of the track that cafe del mar themselves have ever put on an album… which is crazy :man_shrugging:t2:

Whilst we’re on the prog theme, this an old one but used to love it when it got an outing at the Sugarshack. Dave Seaman, Sander K, Digweed, Cattaneo all regulars back in the day so heard some epic stuff.

Another big track for me, not as well known but I love the breakdown in the middle on this.

This one is a bit cheesy cheese with an RnB sample but still groovy.
