X Contour stuck on Smooth Curve

So recently i notice my x fader when in the middle is lower than when I have it either side usual when i have my X contour on cut side right its all the same volume until i switch to left or right fully

So tested it out and notice when turnin ny x contour its the same setting on both side of the knob like itd doin smooth transition only with the x fader

Could this be the sign of wear and tear or dust within the knobs if so whats the fix

This is after swapping cross fader due it not workin right im thinking contour issue was part of it

Is this behaviour happening while the Prime is in standalone mode or in VirtualDJ/Serato mode? Or both ?
