Where is the quantize button on Engine DJ 4.3.0

Simple question I’ve been trying to find the answer for awhile now.

Where is the button to turn quantize on/off on playback?

And more importantly, why isn’t it easily accessible? It should be like… right there, along with the other commonly used playback features…

You mean the big letter Q on the screen at the top of your device?

I think he means desktop.

Engine DJ Desktop is library preparation software, not performance software. Well, not to say you can’t use it as hobbled performance software as @Parysatis has posted (https://community.enginedj.com/t/engine-dj-as-a-performance-software/58200).

There is quantize in the desktop version to assist in setting cues and loops. Choose the gear symbol on the top right and Cue/Loop Quantization in the Performance tab.

If you mean Engine OS on the players, then @djdragon has answered that.

Thanks for the response! Such an odd place for it to be hidden.

I understand Engine DJ is not a performance software, but in prepping tracks, I like to hear how things sound together and use hot/memory cues and other things.

Coming from Rekordbox and Serato, I’m able to playback and use some functions while not being in performance mode and thought Engine DJ would at least have some of the same, simple functionality. I think a quantize button on the interface that isn’t hidden in the setting menu would be ideal. I think I’ll submit a feature request.

Anyway, thanks for helping me out!
