What was the last DJ related item you bought?

The 1000 & 500 seems to be discontinued. Only last stocks or completely sold out seen recently on some shops…

Wow nice!!! How do they sound compared to the ‘older’ model ??

I used to need memory cue, but then I decided to stay sober during gigs

Where did you buy that last September?

Are you trying to imply that Memory Cue users have fewer skills or something because I don’t get your point fella, please elaborate.

Agreed if you would imply it off-topic. It just came in the mail, as an early Christmas present.

very nice. The bass is very loud and tight. in my personal opinion the bass is a little to much. But that’s just me. Overal sound quality is absolutely better than the older model. Also has way more power.

Build quality is amazing. comes with 2 cables. It’s an on-ear model. They seal of your ears very well.

Can you pls share an actual pic if you kept this? Thx

I’m pulling myself apart trying to decide on this Maschine+ or Akai Pro Force.

I read all the reviews and the Force was pipping it to the top spot. How do you find the Maschine+?

I was also in that decision point for a moment, but Native Instruments convinced me with more options, synths, RAM and mostly what was important to me: way better time stretching algorithm. Also I already had Maschine mk2, so I knew the workflow.

I’ve been messing around with it every day, turning it on in the morning and off when I’m ready for bed!

It’s a very powerful thing, but the manual isn’t the best. I’ve struggled to figure out how to do simple things. Once you know, it’s OK, but not as intuitive as it could be.

It’s a lot of fun. Not used any of the more recent Akai stuff.

I was reading the reviews on the DJ Techtools site and a few others and the general consensus was that the deep menu diving.

Super powerful but getting stuck in to the workflow seemed a little cumbersome.

I’m really tempted but will have to have a little play first. The Force has pre-installed and the Maschine+ has to download the library frommwhat I saw.

I may have to check them out. Both look great.

The downloading is super easy. Sign in to your wifi, hit the settings button and select library. There’s a reasonable amount of stuff included, plus you get codes for two free expansions of your choice.

I actually ended up getting a Komplete package as it includes a bunch of expansions. The whole bundle was cheaper than buying those expansions alone.
