Unable to login to BeatPort

Hi all, I updated the software to 3.0.1 today and am getting an error message stating “Beatport login failed- please check internet connection”, but Wifi seems to be working fine. I tried connecting to my mobile hotspot which did not work either. I also tried disabling Beatport under setting/services, powering off, and re-enabling it. I’ve read online similar issues but have not found a solution. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Try “Reset to factory defaults” in Settings.

I have the same problem with mi Denon Prime Go :disappointed:

No problems on my Prime 4 and Prime Go.

Ive the same problme on prime go. reset to factory settings but still says ‘check internet connections’. Driving me mad. Did you resolve this?
