Happens to me with a Samsung T7 1TB formatted to exFat.
It only happened at home as I’m using the prime 4 for practice, but all the physicals buttons work. I can’t replicate it every time but it usually happens mostly when previewing tracks
Hello mate, I think I may have found the problem. Sometimes when I turn on the player, the touch screen doesn’t work. And when I turn off all wi-fi devices and restart the player, everything works. I don’t know why my wi-fi is interfering with the player and blocked the touchscreen lock. Possibly this is the problem. But other times it works fine without doing anything.
