Yeah, those solutions exist, but with most mixers the FX loop is only on the master output. Otherwise I would have bought a Sherman filterbank years ago So you cant hear it through the monitor out. On most mixers, I havent looked at the mastersounds mixer closely.
On the Radius you use the aux knob on each channel to apply the effect, its kind of like a channel specific send/return, so to activate you bring the effect in on the FX unit then introduce to the mix using the knobs on the mixer.
The filter setup is quite quirky as it works as a filter when you have the filter buttons activated, but when they aren’t it works as the effect parameter dial… if you want to use both at the same time you can by having the filter on then bringing the Aux knob up on the mixer.
I’ve been considering the Warm 2 for a year now and heard there was a Warm 4 on the way so held off. I’ve been working away so it would just be sat in a box.
Been tempted to grab a Headliner LA R2 as a stop-gap but we’ll see: Headliner LA R2 - Rotary DJ-Mixer | DV247
Sorry for abusing this one, but rather than opening a new thread, I thought I share this little gem with you - spotted in a German report about some Xbox hackers.
Seems totally random, why they put EngineDJ in there, maybe because it just looks sleek af? Or does our software hide its own secret “dark mode” deep inside? Who knows…
Btw, very well-made. Unfortunately, in German only. Link here.
Here is the english version
Ah nice, thanks Kevin!
What a great spot.
