I actually sent mine out to inMusic to sort out since. Long story won’t go into it. But they sent a video explaining that the play cue previous had snapped at where the button connected to the mount. I don’t know how to make those little nibbly bits more firm, but I don’t mind that the button moves a little bit as long as I get my clickiness back
