Problem with Stems Support download/activation problem 4.2.1 Windows

Hi, I updated engine software to 4.2.1 (windows) After going to prefences → library-> and clicking “Add stems support” it’s downloading, after it looks like it has downloaded (button text is changing to “remove”, but after clicking right on track and selecting " create stems" the same monit as at the beginning appers - "would you like to download Stems support?. If I go again to prefences → library the button is “add” again.

Anyone know how to resolve this?

Update 2: It’s some kind of error with extracting/ opening the file. It’s downloading the file stems-processor.tar.zst ( it is visible in explorer while downloading) but after error with opening it is insantly deleting it. Re-installing Engine DJ doesn’t help

After you click add and enable stems support, close Engine. Wait a minute or so, then re-open Engine.

I got the same Issue, though I never see any files tried to be downloaded in any browser. I got it working on my Secondary PC, but its not equiped with a SD cardreader as my Main PC. I get Stems rendered in Virtual DJ in like 1-2 min. But Engine DJ on same PC just simply “refuse” to activate Stems, even its added several times, next time I enter, its back to Add Stems support.

OMG that was it, I never had that Bin folder on my main pc. It was on the secondary and I could just make a copy for the folder to the main. NOW its working. Thanks man

I already had tried to remove all subfolders AIR Music Technology\EnginePrime and reinstalled Engine DJ 4.2.1 but never succeded in getting exactly the \Bin\ folder appear. Now its there and has two files NNPredictionDispatcher_on.dll and stems-processor.exe and the Stems processing is working like a champ now.

Not working. Same things as I mentioned in first post. It’s downloading and after download it’s instantly deleting file stems-processor.tar.zstd - propably due to extract/open error which can be visible in log file in first of my post. Don’t have any “Bin” folder. Think I will ask support for this

Same thing. Works on other laptop, but on the main laptop everything is the same as in the last message up here.

What should I record on video, or which info to provide to find the problem?

Hey, go to C:\Users<USER>\AppData\Local\AIR Music Technology\EnginePrime - on working laptop and copy “bin” folder to not working laptop. It solved issue for me.
