When the Channel 1 cue button is lit (selected) on the unit it doesn’t send to headphones - if I deselect it (unlit) it then plays through the headphones.
Is anyone else getting this?
You have probably already turned your cue mix knob counter clockwise?

i dont notice this on my machine. do you see this happening on the other channels as well or just ch 1?
No I’ve not changed any settings but after switching off and coming back to it today it seems to be working ok… must have been a temporary glitch?
its happening sometimes on my original prime4 since last firware update.
yesterday when i turned it on, left deck cue button was lit up, right wasnt.
left cue would only work with the button turned off! right deck was fine, so its not just the prime4+
Mines just started doing this also on deck 2, only since the newest update, tad annoying glitch hopefully they will sort this urgently and not let it be left without a fix. Do I stick with it or revert back down a firmware.
Yeah it’s actually happened to me again as well - seemed ok after a shut down / restart though - not ideal!

We believe we have found the root cause of this issue and are hoping to issue a fix for the next release (4.1)

Proprio ieri sera ho riscontrato lo stesso problema prime 4 con firmware 4.1 sul canale 3 in modalita line in la cuffia non si sentiva se attivavo il cue mentre con il cue spento si sentiva in cuffia,in modalita usb invece andava bene. non potevo riavviare perchè in piena serata ma oggi che accendo nuovamente devo riprovare. per me i prodotti denon sono il top, però dovete sistemare questi piccoli bug fastidiosi e importanti come il preascolto in cuffia.
Hey, on 4.3.1 on Prime 4+ and this still occurs. A power cycle sorts it but it did confuse me when it happened
