Just seen a pic of the GUI on the screen of this thing…
Looks like they’ve gone with Denon style three colour waveforms. Maybe that’ll silence the RGB brigade.

I think the CDJ-3000s are set to those colours out of the box now IIRC? I’m not sure but all their marketing shows them as these style. From what I remember RGB is an option in setup (which everyone turns on).
If it’s the poop colors, then I still prefer the green-white-blue.
Ah, it’s a menu option. Just watching Brian S Redd’s video now.
I know a lot of people do often bang on about RGB waveforms on here but as a side-note I’ve never seen a Pioneer DJ item in the wild with poop colours set to ‘on’, even though it’s the default. It’s always RGB.
So from that we can safely deduce:
So when I first got up this morning I was looking over what I see and what I’m missing in my Prime Go.
Serato DJ Lite compatibility. I’d love the option to power up a Serato DJ session for stems but unfortunately the Go was designed to be used without.
The USB-C power input. A nice touch especially now that the EU has mandated most small electricals to be on USB-C. Laptops are 2025 if I remember correctly so I guess this will come under that. I think a revision to the Go will definitely have one.
Bluetooth output. Most won’t use it but I used it for events when working on a ship. Absolutely not needed for most but when you’re not beat mixing, latency isn’t an issue at all. Many DJs just blend and for having wireless speakers in a portable setup it would be valuable. InMusic have the cheap Bose S1 Pro-style Alto Pro busker speaker. Just rebrand one as a Denon DJ speaker to create an ecosystem.
Master out on-screen and channel on the VU meters.
I’m sure there’s more I feel I’d like but ultimately I much prefer my Go. It’s just the few small things that can be added.
Initially that was the idea, yes - but it seems some people can’t get used to something that looks like a controller…not being a controller!
It’s been unlocked now though, and works fine with VirtualDJ, which also has stem separation.
Too bad they didn’t know how to spell “loser”, and out “losser” instead
Yeah. I just can’t justify the extra price of VDJ on top as I have a Serato DJ full licence.
Unfortunately SDJ won’t make an appearance on the Go. I suppose if I wanted stems that bad I’d pay for it but currently I’m just playing at home now so I’ll give it a miss. Maybe one day.
I use VDJ on the ship when I’m there as it’s installed permanently in the club along with all the content to play. I can never get along with it.
Bluetooth option for taking DJs who want to be just a juke box to the next level (of being a jukebox)
Algoriddim cost me 25 quid for a years subscription MrW… its very good for that price, so far ive had it working with my Reloop Flux and Numark Mixtrack.
That Crossfader guy repeatedly saying that it records from Bluetooth…
AARRGGHH
He could say it makes toast it won’t matter. lol
I have to say I always look forward and enjoy his mixes when showcasing new controllers.
This is one of my favorite ones that he did on the XDJ-RX3.
Well IMO it does matter, because he’s misleading people. There are already comments under the video from people thinking it can record from Bluetooth.
Is Denon showing something at NAMM as well? Really feel like the Prime Go could have a refresh adding some of the features this new Omnis Duo has (bluetooth, mic EQ, usb C) and some other features such as 2 usb inputs.
No, none of the inMusic companies are there.
No, I agree it matters…
That came out wrong… I meant in way of sales… I just don’t think it’s going to be a big sales hit for the company.
I really like how the community managed to somehow un-■■■■-post this thread and are actually having a thoughtful conversation.
Keep up the good work, folks
I think all the trolls are currently busy on the Omnis Duo threads
