New ssd won’t read on deck but formatted

Engine OS Version: (1.2, 1.3.1, etc…)

Steps to Reproduce: (Turn on unit, press button X, etc…)

Expected Result: (ex: It does X…)

Actual Result: (ex: It does Y…)

Reproducibility: (ex: Happens 1 out of 10 times.)

Other Relevant Configuration Info: (ex: Plugged into a Windows 10 laptop.)

Ssd installed and reading on laptop formatted to fat32 all tunes loaded up but won’t read on deck??? Any ideas???

You must format the SSD in ExFat !

I have mate after a right fook on but done that put tunes on through engine and put it back to standalone and not reading the hard drive???
