The good news is that the U.S. government FCC is back open, so that wonât be an impediment. Two new entries appeared, but not what weâre looking for.
2025-07-16 Y40-TMD1 16 Channel Compact Mixer with Bluetooth. = Alto TMD16
2025-05-29 Y40-LDMK 7 piece e-kit with BT and mesh = Alesis drum kit
I think these were both already released, so It may be that products are kept confidential beyond their release date and we wonât have any clue theyâre coming. Perhaps the Akai MPC Live III was an exception.
Yes thats the one i recall seeing
Donât get me wrong, the Denon Prime 4 is a great product as a standalone controller, but I have to admit that, in my case, version 4.2.0, the waveform slows down every few seconds, and song searches sometimes take longer than usual, as I mentioned above. Last Saturday I sold my Prime 4 and Iâm not sure whether to buy a 4+ or wait for a new controller to replace them. For now, my SC6000 works perfectly; it doesnât have the slowdowns of my old Prime 4, and it finds songs in a flash, even with the same library of over 20,000 tracks.
The 4+ has exactly the same internal hardware as the 4, so not sure why youâd buy it if you just sold your 4.
That surprises me â I also use the Prime Go+ with Soundswitch. Everything works perfectly without any dropouts or other problems. However, I use 320kbps MP3 files. My entire library (5,500 tracks) consists of stems played from a USB 3.2 stick.
As far as I can tell, they released the Prime 4 and 4+ under the same FCC ID. The same for the Prime Go and Go+. If anyone has a pair, it would be interesting to know for sure. The conglomerated manual online doesnât list those ids.
If true, then I would assume there are very little technical differences.
Of course, this doesnât get us any closer to the answer to ânew gear before 2026â.
I was thinking it a new update or sumtin else like a new prime 4+ ultimate lol,we hav to wait n c
That was a page that was released in 2023 and never updated since according to the Way Back Machine.
