There is no section for the LC6000 in the pull down menu in the support section. I saw someone else post about the LC6000 here so I hope this is where I need to go.
My LC6000 was not functioning on arrival. The jogwheel edge behaves as if I’m touching to the top of the platter instead of “nudging.” I ordered 2 units and the other one works correctly. This unit does not nudge when moving the wheel from the edge. It only scratches. I need a replacement but there is no LC6000 option in the support page, and it requires a serial number which I assume will not pass a check because it’s not the right model. I can provide proof of purchase and serial number information if I can contact technical support.
