Engine dj drum machine with playback button and sync over network link (wireless) would be dope. I never seen digital drum machines with touch screen, waveforms and sd card slot for importing own drums or any short length sounds to patterns memory.
This should be compatible with all engine devices if you want trigger own drums when track stem drum is off 
These are known as smartphones or tablets, running Link compatible apps. 
There are hundreds on iOS. Less than 20 on Android.

Yes, thatâs my main reason why I did the mockup. My last idea was to keep the EQâs intact and share the Effect Knobs with built-in screens instead. You switch between STEMS and Fx by clicking the â° button under the Level meter. Hope you like it!

But now when I think about it, that â° button should be under the FX screens, Replacing the âFX1â & âFX2â signs, to the left of the FX buttons closer located to the function.
No, actually, they are very well placed in the mixerâs working area because thatâs where your hands are most of the time. Also, the choice to have it near the Sweep Fx knob is very relevant.
If you want to quickly switch between EQ/stem modes, itâs best to keep them near the EQ knobs.
Yes, youâre right. Most of the time you need both EQ+STEMS, and this design have Master EQ so that could be enough, but I think itâs better to share FX/STEMS so youâll get graphical presentation. And you need to know what channel on each side, so you need another button/switch if you move it. So I agree, itâs better to keep it where it is.

What a game changer. I use it all the time. Itâs not just letting you become a much better 4ch DJ, the way I use the beats & acapellas has dramatically changed with this feature.
I imagine it could be activated/deactivated by pushing both Vocal + Instrumental button simultaneously. Or add a dedicated button above.
