Last night I was playing a gig using my Prime 4+ running the latest Engine DJ version 4.3.1, when I encountered a serious issue: right in the middle of my set, all of my playlists disappeared from the Collection view. All the tracks were still visible, and the drive tab was still accessible, but the playlists were completely gone from the browser.
Obviously, restarting the unit in the middle of a performance isn’t ideal - but in this case, I didn’t even have to make that decision.…
I know it’s tedious, but support needs to be getting configuration and error reports. Does anyone know if the units store and/or send out error reports when they crash?
