I appreciate that tip but the problem is that i can’t navigate to that part of the menu. The problem is the touch screen and buttons are disabled so i cant get to any of the settings or make changes. Im looking for a manual hard reset. Like a button combination when booting up.
All units have a “force update” usb mode with special key combo on power up.
Which unit do you have?
Could be power on and hold eject.
Then load firmware from the laptop using USB cable.
I have the Prime 4.

The 199 budget unit though actually comes with zero effects - it’s just a hollow box of buttons which send “switch on / switch off” signals to the laptop that’s running serato.
Midi Controllers for DJ softwares are basically a usb qwerty keyboard with some of the a b c d keys swapped for “cue” , “play” , “hot start” , “Library” etc
Quick question, if you copy the usb engine folder to pc will that show playlists created on the players?
I understand that no, although in my prime 4, I don’t have it different from the collection of the pc. In other words, I export all the lists and the complete collection in a list that I have called “the entire collection”, so when exporting everything with the Sync manager to prime 4, when the exports failed (3.1) and overwritten in the P4 the Engine folder, the problem was solved, fortunately, with 3.1.1, there is nothing to do anymore, everything works perfectly without having to do anything, and I used it on Saturday in session without problems
