Hello bro,you can try in this way: -Open the Windows Setting -Find Time Windows age -Click Manage Language Setting -Find the Non-Unicode Program Language and click “Change” System Region Setting button -Turn on the check named “Use Unicode UTF-8 To Support Global Language” -Confirm and reboot your PC.
