Some songs containing Chinese characters cannot be loaded onto the disc. Songs with English characters are no problem. Songs with Chinese characters can also be loaded after changing their names.

Hello bro,you can try in this way: -Open the Windows Setting -Find Time Windows age -Click Manage Language Setting -Find the Non-Unicode Program Language and click “Change” System Region Setting button -Turn on the check named “Use Unicode UTF-8 To Support Global Language” -Confirm and reboot your PC.
