Hi, the touchscreen on my Denon DJ Prime Go+ stopped working. It was having some issues at first, but now it’s not working anymore. What can I do?

I have already tried to do a hard reset and updated the software by connecting it to the macbook

Denon Prime Go Plus touch screen not responding

Recently, the touchscreen for my Denon Prime Go Plus is not responding after booting up. Can proceed with anything because the touchscreen won’t respond. I got it to work one time and did the update, but since then it just won’t respond and I have to turn it off by holding the power button for 10 seconds. I’ve tried a factory reset as well, didn’t work.
