The migration has now been completed. If you’re reading this, welcome to the Engine DJ Community Need help logging in? See here for troubleshooting.
Greetings all, I hope you are well.
We’re excited to announce a new community space for Engine users to collaborate, discuss and get help on all things Engine.
This new community space will be migrated from this very Denon DJ forum community so will already be packed with great information and community spirit. In addition to this users’ settings, posts etc will also also be transferred over.
This migration will take place overnight on Monday 21st February with as little disruption as possible to the community.
There is additional information that is important to understand about this migration, as part of this process will link users’ forum accounts to their inMusic Profiles. Please check this blog post for the full details of the migration, and what it means for the forum community.
So is this forum closing and migrating. Or is it being split in half for denon users and engine users??
If the latter then i personally feel its a bad idea as its yet another forum to keep an eye on and help or usdues will just get duplicated.
Lovely. I can already see bucketload of users not being able to register their legacy pre-inMusic gear and thus being denied to participate on this “community” forum.
It’s also worth mentioning that once the migration is complete, we will encourage Numark customers who own Engine DJ hardware, such as the Mixstream Pro to use this forum. Let’s make sure we give them a warm welcome
Hey everyone. The migration has been completed, and this is the new Engine DJ Community forum. If you are having any issues with signing in, please do let us know.
@Wyley1 It was announced that the support category would be discontinued and support would be added to the existing categories per product itself. I don’t know what happened to the posts that were already there before migration, but they are undoubtedly still in the archive
Password conflicts (migrated accounts and already existing InMusic/DenonDJ accounts with different passwords only seem to accept the InMusic password in this case and the other password is marked as invalid.
The big search bar on top of the home screen is not optimized for mobile display and renders too big
This is as expected. The inMusic Profile account is authorative, and the Discourse (forum) account is linked based on email, we’re no longer using the password authentication provided by Discourse.
