I bought a license. I see it in my profile… but how do I activate it in the Prime 4…
I believe you only need to log you P4 to your profile
Where do you see it on your profile?
I bought my license and it said I would receive an email but got nothing.
Correct, I thought I already logged that in… Now I logged in and I have stems.

Here is some info for those who seek and those who are lost:
The stems licence will show up as Engine DJ Stems on your InMusic profile page, under Product Registrations. There is a serial number too, but I did not need it to test stems on my players.
On the SC Live 4 and the SC6000M players, you need to log in with your profile, which, by the way, you can edit here:
https://enginedj.com/account/profile
The SC Live 4 and the SC6000M will tell you in a pop-up window that stems are available now. I simply hit “Got it!” Then the players rebooted for an update …
For stems I exported the sole track which I have put into stems analysis so far through the Sync manager to USB. I loaded the track … On the SC Live 4 push the Cue button right next to the Shift button and you get four pads to control the stems … on the SC6000M it is the Hot Cue button. Apart from using your profile, no settings need to be changed … at least, this is how it worked for me …
My test track was from The Fairy Queen by Henry Purcell, the track consists only of melody, no vocals, no drums … so my first test was not very informative.
Thank you, Denon DJ team, I will happily try out this cool new feature.
Have you had an answer to this yet. I’m in the same boat on my Prime Go+ I have purchased and still can’t install/update on the standalone
I am still unable to install. I have purchased but my Prime Go + has no option to install
You don’t need to install. You only need the latest 4.2 FW AND log your PGo to your account
Hi. Hello. I bought the license, so everything works fine quickly. SC LIVE has 2.
I have done that but The stems don’t carry over on the sd card. It allows them to be synced on the desktop but they are not present on the device once the sd card is inserted
Followed this and all working as expected.
Has anyone had any success on a Prime Go+?
When you logged your Go+ into your Engine profile did it request that you reboot for an update?
It did not, should it have?
I have logged out and logged back in multiple times but no request like that?
Yes, you need to make sure you log in using the Engine profile you used to purchase the licence. If your Go+ is on the latest firmware 4.2.0 (Desktop 4.2.1 to make sure) it should then request that you reboot the unit, click yes to shutdown prompt. then when you power back up the stems will show in playlists (assuming you have exported some on your SD Card)
That’s how I understand it should work and it’s how it worked for me on SC Live 4.
This guy is having the same issue as you by the sounds of it so potentially an issue with Prime Go’s?
thanks for the share
