Today is December 11, where can I purchase a license for stems? I don’t see it anywhere. Thanks 
It will be out soon enough, im waiting as well, you can try refreshing the page-every 5/10 minutes until the option appears!

Indeed quite confusing. Lets hope that the page gets an update somewhere this day. I would have expected it already tbh. Edit: based on this reaction i assume that we still need to wait for some time: Any one got the new update 4.2.1 today - #18 by justme2
The US are by far the biggest consumer of DJ products, so my guess is the release has been geared around that market.
Yeah that seems logical. But releasing it at 9 AM eastern time would suffice all the markets and would be a way more logical slot.
But even then: when you know that its going to be a specific time slot, communicate this in your promotion material so you can set expectations for everyone.
Logical will bee at 3pm London time… then all are at the 11th december
There may be other factors in play that mean they needed the full day to get it implemented, who knows.

It’s really weird… They were supposed to get it live today, but nothing seems to have changed on the website or the hardware… Hope it’s not delayed…

Apparently Denon have said it will go live at 3PM EST (so 8PM UK). Be patient!

I can’t seem to purchase it. It comes up with an error message that tells me to contact my bank (which makes no sense, my cards work fine, and PayPal doesn’t work either) or contact support.
I’ve messaged support. Totally willing to believe it’s the servers being hammered by people buying this in their droves, so I’ll give it a minute or two to calm down.
