Beatport Login Error

Hey All, hoping someone can help!

Wondering if anyone else has run into this issue?

I just received a Prime Go this week and was able to set it up today. Connected to WiFi fine prior to 3.0.1 update (Previous was, 2.3.2 IIRC) was able to update to 3.0.1 via WIFI with no issues.

Then, I tried to log into Beatport Link and I am now receiving this error: “Beatport LINK Login Failed… please check your internet connection.”

Tried a number of solves: Reset WiFi (router/modem), LAN directly connected, changed BP password, factory reset, etc. and nothing has worked.

Is this a known issue? Any ideas on a solve?

EDIT: I forgot to add a couple other points:

  1. I am using the advanced subscription for Beatport LINK.

  2. I am connected to WiFi on the Go, says connected and shows icon as “connected”

  3. Again, update to 3.0.1 went fine via WiFi

I’m having the sqme problem on prime go. Have you solved this? My internet connection works, tidal logs in but on beatport log in says ‘internet connection error’
