No fix for the skipping tracks and laggy waveforms in 4.3.1 then that was apparently being investigated?

Im struggling to understand how that is relevant to this thread to be honest?

Because you would expect if something wasn’t working properly it would be fixed in the next release?

Clearly Apple Music is more important than being able to play a whole gig without the music cutting out.

Would you? what if it’s still being investigated?

How many months does it take?

Anyway history tells me there’s no point arguing with you as you always have to have the last word. I’ll just leave it there.

I cant answer that, im not a programmer/dev… from my experience in similar fields (i do E2E and UAT in my day job) some things are fixed quickly, others take time, and its not always obvious as to which is which, e.g. complicated sounding things can be fixed quickly and seemingly simple issues can take months to weed out.

In the meantime, this might be of use to you, if you’re passionate about issues being fixed, you can sign up and help them out with fixing it.

Slightly offtopic, but since we are talking about an AppleMusic related firmware:

I consider subscribing (again, after a longer break… normally I prefer to have my music as offline files and being able to record internally), as I own Apple devices anyway and I prefer the value for price ratio over all other streaming services - has the biggest collection and curated DJ-libraries for just 10 bucks.

Can anybody tell, is Apple Music a part of the EngineDJ profile / crowdsourced metadata (key, bpm, beatgrid) network, like Tidal? I really dig that concept which v3.3 brought, as it eliminates one of the biggest drawbacks of streaming.

Not much going on with this update, I’ll stay on 4.2 for now.
