any know if it’s possible to midi map a xone k2 to engine dj? i’ve got to play out at a house party, and i’ve stopped using traktor. if i could map my xone k2 and kontrol x1 mach 2 to engine, it would be much more convenient than having to update all my tunes back into traktor

Simple answer: no - Engine DJ has no interest in MIDI at all.
Engine DJ software for Mac and windows is not performance “on-stage” software; it’s just librarian software for pre-show preparation - it’s not trying to be Traktor or Serato or virtual DJ etc

Use Mixxx, it’s a pretty decent free DJ software with a lot of controllers already premapped. Had some office parties lately, worked like a charm
Does Mixxx read Engine libraries? The docs say it writes them, but Engine is not listed in the read list.
