The X18xx mixers are decent entry level pieces of kit. If it’s your first club style mixer (and it never leaves the house), you will be more than happy with it. Keep in mind, it does not handle abuse well, parts are note user servicable, and don’t lean on and of the pots.

The last mixer I used was a technics sh-dx 1200 about 20 years ago lol. Yeah it’s just for fun and will never leave the house, I’ll keep in mind to be gentle with it

If you’re just mixing house music/techno itll be spot on I’d say, I rarely do fader drops aggressively on any of my mixers and the faders are all in good Nick, with no loss of paint etc.
