Which firmware do you run?

That’s the correct firmware and mine isn’t freezing. Might be good to contact Support | Engine DJ.

Re-do the Update. i had that happen to me on older version you may also Run with the lights moving from top to bottom at a 45 degree angle like a christmas tree. Just Do firmware update. hope that helps.
One can always try to redo the update, but the OP states the mixer freezes during normal operation and not during a firmware update.

One other thing you can try if you have not done so. is disconnect ALL cables from mixer except for the power cable. hope you get it back to normal.
Thanks George! I’ll give it a go, re installing the firmware didn’t work unfortunately. Denon have been back in touch. It I’m not sure their advice will do much
I have the same problem turn mixer on and just loop and loop i by X1850 new update driver to 1.7 Afther 4 weeks problem turn on and loop i buy it in june 2024 never i buy again denon never 1748$ And problem plus the screen the white colors light lose is brightness so denon for me is poor product ■■■■ product never again Sorry for my english i am french from montreal Denon sale mixer whit defect proplems I am ■■■■ off Next one PIONEER OR ALLEN&HEATH
Hi Intack, thanks for commenting Its really disappointing…the mixers only a couple of years old but its out of warranty. Your english is great, certainly better than my french!
