Hi can someone send me a credentials wipe file please for mix streampro as iam stuck on the following screen

If you are having trouble clearing the settings of your Mixstrem Pro then I would advise you to ensure you are on the latest firmware. Engine DJ v2.4.0 adds the following functionality;

  • The ‘Reset to defaults’ feature has changed to ‘Factory reset’ which now resets all device settings to their shipping defaults, and erases all Wi-Fi, and streaming service data.

I found that on the previous firmware version Reset to defaults didn’t do anything on my Mixstream pro. After the update Factory reset worked as described above.
