Hi All
I have noticed that both of my sc6000s will randomly lose wi-fi connection which seems to have started since updating to Engine os 4.0, my sc live 4 is also doing this from time to time but it is mainly the 6000s. My internet at home is stable as my other devices are connected, not sure what the issue is, is anyone else experiencing this?

Yes. Quick search on Google.com :
After installing Engine DJ 4.0 the Wi-Fi is dead on my SC6000M. The same for my cousins Numark GO.
U can not turn it on in the Wi-Fi menu anymore.
It’s all grayed out. If I go in the Device menu, I can turn it on, but nothing happens.
But I can see all the Wi-Fi networks.
I try to reset my router. Then my Wi-Fi worked a little. But after re-powering the unit, it’s all gone.
Lukily I not updated my Go yet.
Anybody else experiencing the same problems?
Now I have to try to downgrade an install it t…

Randomly losing connection or completely dead?
Either way give this post a read, see if it helps you out until you get a fix.
Yeah support ticket is the best way, explain the situation to them & they might send you some beta builds to test.
They’re aware of the issue but because it’s happening on random devices it’s a tough one, but the more log files we can supply them with the better.
