I can no longer access Tidal. Strangely, when I give the P4 the hotspot on my cell phone, it works fine. I checked my network and also deactivated the firewall as a precaution, but that didn’t work either. First Message: Connecting to TIDAL Checking network connection Next Message: No connectionNo network connection was detected
I think i have do everything but cant access to TIDAL Is this a TIDAL problem?

the problem could be solved 
IMPORTANT INFO FOR ALL USERS: The iPv4 firewall in the router must ALWAYS be switched off and then it will work.
The problem arose from an update from Vodofon on my router. The iPv4 firewall was switched ON by default.
The problems that such a small but subtle attitude can cause … unbelievable …
That would be weird as Tidal connects with http and https ports only, to my knowledge. If those are blocked, there would be no internet connection either.
FWIW, I would never turn a firewall of completely to fix something.
