Why is my prime 4 counting in bars of 5 .

Why would my prime four count in bars of 5 and not 4s. Iv had all the updates and this is still and has been an issue since having the system. Any help would be great before I hit it with a hammer. Cheers

It might be the Gate option

The 5 bar gate option. Lol

Alternatively, it might be good if you could describe the situation more. Where is the counting in 5s showing up? On the numbers of the waveform? On the phase beat counter? Engine Prime software ? Somewhere else ?
