White stripe on Jog Screen after update to 4.0

Hello everyone,

my first post in the forum. Been a silent reader for years but never registered. Now I have a question and thought I would use the forum.

Since the update to 4.0 I have the problem on my SC6000 that I have a 1 pixel high, horizontal, white stripe on the jog display. It appears the first second of booting.

I have already reset the player to factory settings, but the error is still there.

Could it help to flash an old firmware and then update it again? Is anyone aware that the small displays also received updated software in the 4.0 update?

You can always go back. Try re-flashing and see if that helps.

Thanks for the tips, I have now tried this once and updated from 2.4.0 → 3.0.0 → 3.2.0 → 4.0.0, unfortunately without success to get rid of the stripe. I will add a picture.

Are there any other ideas? Is it possible to update the devices more deeply via a tool or individual parts?
