Where to Get Replacement Knobs

So, I am looking for where I can find replacement OEM knobs for my X1850. I can’t seem to find a place where I can order them from Denon (or anywhere else for that matter.) I was toying with the idea of going ChromaCaps/Coolorcaps, but I kinda prefer the stock look.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

You spoke to the retailer who you purchased the device from? they should be able to source parts like that.

just a small google search Denon Pro X1800 PRIME Spare Parts - Denon Audio and DJ Parts

I do also know that thomann also has spare parts, you just have to write them via a support mail. If they do it there will be other retailer too as STU-C said.

InstrumentalPart’s prices seem 10X what they used to be. The entire part used for the upfaders is barely worth 12 bucks, let alone the fader cap.

Numark used to allow parts ordering directly on their site for a reasonable price. I’m not sure if that’s still the case.

If you are in the USA, Birdbrains Music.

Reloop knobs worked on the Prime Go…

@dat_JC try here or here

I ordered from Instrumental parts and after about two months I had to cancel and get a refund. They never seem to have items in stock for shipping. They are also pretty pricey. I ordered from Chroma Caps and were delivered within 3 days or so at 80% or so of the other guy’s price. They seem a little bit thick but they seem to work for me.

Just a note for Chroma Caps - I bought a set for my Prime. The BPM faders are actually 90° rotated from the norm and the knobs are not perfectly round meaning they catch and rub on the recessed holes on some controls like the EQ.

I’ve reached out to the guys at DJTechTools but they sent me an unhelpful automated reply and then basically ghosted me now so I’d advise against buying from them…

Did you hit em up via the chat? Usually they will just send you a new set without even asking questions.
