Where can I get PRIMEGO-1.4.1-Update.img file?

My denon GO is experiencing a flashing MIC2 lamp after the upgrade to the latest firmware. I would like to go back, however I can’t find anyone with this file.

Hi. I also had the same problem as you, but it was the led of mic 1 flashing. My unit went into service where they replaced an integrated. But then it presented me with another problem where replacement was needed. The old firmware cannot be found! And I advise you to go directly to where you purchased the console.

My hope is, someone who officially works for Denon can help me avoid sending another unit back. This is my 3rd unit, and I’m embarrassed to keep bringing these things back. I love my Prime Go, but I’ll be honest, it should be significantly simpler to just find the firmware I need and flash this unit. I even looked for the InMusic FTP server to see if it was there, but… the FTP server appears to be password protected, and web-based. I also left a voicemail on the “Denon DJ Support” voicemail.

Hey @jayl0174

If you go to the top of the main forum page you’ll see a “support” section on the right. Once you are in there, to the right again you will see a “manuals and downloads”. Click that and you will have to scroll down to the Prime Go and download from there.

Here is a shortcut: https://www.denondj.com/downloads

Hope it helps!

Not the asked for 1.4.1… :relieved:

That is a huge shame that there is no original release firmware on there. I never knew that it wasn’t.

It definitely needs addressing as there is no reason why it cannot be there. Rollbacks are common for various reasons like unwanted new features or issues with firmware.

I know. I’ve tagged someone to check if we can have the first release firmware on the archive page.

I’m happy to test, honestly any version of the software that isn’t the current (or the beta, because i’ve tried both). The current, replacement Go is less than a few weeks old, and i just really don’t want to go through the hassle of taking it back in… for yet another replacement.
