Are there any of you using motorized platters who also use Virtual DJ and are experiencing the problem described in the following thread:
Quick summary: Activating motorized platters causes sporadic and random audio glitches as well as sudden beatmatch desynchronization.
If you don’t activate the motorized platters, everything works correctly.
This problem seems to have been occurring since Virtual DJ version 2026 and is not present in the latest build 8909 of Virtual DJ 2025.
Currently, we know that this affects users of the SC5000M/SC6000M, based on reports gathered in this thread:
We wonder if users of other motorized platter products such as the Rane One, Rane Performer, Numark NSII & NSIII, or Rane Twelves are also experiencing the same bugs.
The Virtual DJ development team has still not provided a response or workaround, and has not communicated about this problem. They seem strangely silent despite user complaints.
