Hi glad i found this Just bought a denon sc live 2 I’ve encountered this problem too and its very frustrating But ive noticed that if i load a track on the left deck and spin the right jog fast the stuttering increases, but if i load a track on the right deck and spin the left jog there is no stuttering on the playing track Also I’ve noticed that the stuttering happens when i spin the right jog fast from the plate above, if i spin the jog from the side there is no stuttering

But…when i dont spin any jog the stuttering happens randomly, it can happen during an hour once or twice or five times just by simply playing a track

I sure hope its a software issue that will be fixed with the new update and not a hardware issue The controller is brand new, a week old Downgraded to 3.1.1 still got the issue, upgraded again to 3.2, i use the controller as standalone unit with a very fast ssd disk on key so its not a waveform issue because i use the same music on my numark mixstream pro and everything works flawlessly there

I think the issue your experiencing is different to the one identified in this thread. As the one on this thread happens once on the prime 4 after boot up whereas your issue seems to be happening more often during a session as well as the jogs behaviour. May need further investigation, raise a support ticket.

I did open a support ticket with denon

Emailing back and forth with the support team, up until now with no solution unfortunately I hope the next upgrade fixes this issue

I just got a Prime 4 + on Sunday and have been trying to fix/troubleshoot this exact issue for the last few days

Using internal ssd, I get an audio glitch once, about a minute or two after staring up… and as with other people… I get it once only and then it doesn’t happen again… will video and upload tomorrow

Kinda relieved other people are getting it too!

I believe the team are aware and hopefully a fix is incoming soon. Hopefully it’s not too long now!

I think all the P4 and P4+ user have this “once after the start with the first track” glitch. Not a biggie.

Agree…now I know it is a known issue I am not concerned at all…which its great cause this is my first Denon piece of kit and TBH it is phenomenal…I am loving it :slight_smile:
