Does anyone know why my songs won’t load on my prime 4 but will play perfectly on the software engine dj?
I have wiped and reformated the usb to exfat a few times now and nothing will work
Any help would be appreciated

Does any track play? Or none of the tracks are working on the prime4?
Yeah none of the songs play all highlighted in red
Step by step , how did you transfer songs to the USB stick?
Just by clicking export on Denon dj software to the usb stick and then when completed I’ll plug the usb into the prime 4 and all the songs are highlighted red and won’t load or play
Take another usb stick but use drag and drop from denon Engine to the stick.
