Unable to update, please connect the power cord to your mixstream pro go. to update firmware.
I get this error, the power cord is connected. any help apreciated. thx.
Ensure it’s the original power cord or one that is the exact same rating.
I used a Prime Go that they’d used a different power supply (a Lite-On HDD) to power it and it would work to power the unit on but updating the firmware was impossible. It just wouldn’t proceed.
