Unable to assign color LED ring for SC6000M/LC6000 Platter/Jog Wheel

For some reason though the last couple of updates, I have been unable to assign color layers to the LED Ring under the SC6000M platter and the LED Ring on the LC6000 Jog Wheel. Any clue to what’s going on, anyone?

Have you gone into preferences and settings?

Would the Ethernet cable positions in the mixer connectors affect this ?
