I fear of f**ing up my library again, I have to ask for some help.
Is it possible to transfer all my cues, loops and changes made on my Prime Go to the library on my pc? (Engine Prime). Last time I tried, I ended up with duplicates and my library was f**ked. Total chaos.
What am I doing wrong?. The way I see it, there is only one way to do this through Engine Prime.

Yes. Everything started in EP. But then I spendt some time at a hotel adjusting cues, loops and such… Got back home a few days later, inserted the memorycard to my computer and synced the library to my computer. That is when the problem started… Ended up with a duplicates and total chaos 
They are not actual duplicates
EP is showing the tracks on the source and destination- it’s not appropriate I know
Enable the drive column in EP and you should see the difference
One way to navigate is to use the drive panel in EP so you can focus on the source drive (your original music collection drive) rather than the destination drive (SD card)
If you eject the SD card you should also see that the dupes are gone
