Good morning friends, I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong or it’s a software bug, what is happening frequently is that in certain playlists that I’m organizing on the “computer” there are no songs in red, but when I synchronize to the prime 4, some songs appear in red, I go back to check on the computer and they are there, they load normally, they play normally, what could be happening?. Thanks.
More than likely special characters in filename as players cant read them
