Track in red the platine but not in the software

Hi everyone !

I checked already topics about red track but didn’t find my problem…

I’ve got all my music librairy in an external drive, all songs Can be read when i’m listening to it in my mac, but as soon as i connect my external drive in my Denon DJ prime 2, some tracks are in red…

There are in MP3 or FLAC, and i didn’t move them from folder since i only do that through the software to avoid that kind of problem.

Even if i re upload them they are still red when using it in my platine…

Any solution ?

any special letters like á à ú ù ò ó è é or something else in the filename ?

there is a problem with files that have this letters in it. rename the files with a e u o and they should work if you reanalize the red tracks than.
