Hi guys any ideas on how to get past the compulsory tidal registration screen since takes me to this online account and I have linked the tidal account however this account can’t seem to now register my Dj equipment kit since says too many registrations….i have the kit in my holiday let and could be that other people have had to setup account and register it to their accounts since wasn’t working….
I find it quite ridiculous that you can’t just login to tidal on the kit instead it now forces you to do this online using various accounts which obviously opens up to untold amounts of issues that can go wrong effectively rendering an expensive piece of dj kit useless….
On the other hand, rereading your post, it sounds like you’re trying to register your hardware - which should only be necessary once. If you bought it used and it’s registered to someone else, that’s another issue. There’s a factory reset option.

Seems you have your answer. This is not a Denon Problem. Change your Tidal password and then sign in on your prime 4. Someone else is using your account.
