Anyone going to try the new DJ Pro update with their Denon gear?

It just saw that you can’t use the screens on the denon gear which is a bit odd Mojax mentioned some limitation bit too tecky for me but if there is a way to put the Dj Pro app in Denon Gear as standalone that pretty much seals the deal for me Engine OS is great but by comparison in many areas it is far behind and will likely take 2-3 years just to get close to, unless the Engine devs have been holding back on us and there is going to be a super huge update in the coming weeks and as much as I would love to see that I doubt that will happen.

It would be great if we could choose between Engine OS, Djay Pro or Virtual DJ to work with, but I don’t believe in that.

Oh my, on first test the Prime Go mapping with my iMac and Macbook Pro is awesome. It doesn’t support the Prime Go screen, but that’s not an issue for me as the computer screens are larger anyway. Support for iOS is listed, so an iPad combo might be fantastic. I don’t have one to try.
It’s really cool that the Sweep FX A and B are mapped to stems.
I don’t really have much incentive to try with my 2xSC6000 + x1850 setup.
Rane Four is supported now too. Prime 4 has been supported for some time.
This is great for inMusic equipment. I hope they form a more official partnership and collaboration with Algoriddim.

LoL, that kind of suggestions should not be done by anyone from the staff. This could lead to some internal problems…

Makes sense.
Version 2.0 of their Neural Mix Pro software (Mac only unfortunately) now includes not only the Fluid Beatgrid system and V2 stem separation, but a Quantize Track option that works similarly to Ableton Live’s warping, to quantize tracks with drifting BPMs.
Shame it’s not part of their DJay Pro software (yet?) and no PC version, but it’s an interesting development. I’ve been longing for Live style warping in DJ software since forever.

Hey guys I’ve been trying to get Djay 5.2 working with my prime go but everytime I go into computer mode and get the connection via my iPad, it’s not natively integrating it’s asking me to map the go.
Am I doing something wrong? As I thought with new 5.2 prime go was natively integrated?

Try turning on hardware mode in the app. Had to do it for my Rane one when I updated

I contacted Algorithm myself and asked that they explore a stand alone option for their software nudge wink wink Denon, I would like to see the two companies collab on more products a denon/djpro stand alone device would make me draw for my wallet

Not sure where to put this, but I would LOVE to use DJay Pro with my SC6000M’s. The fact that the screens have been unlocked on the Rane Performer gives me huge hope that this might be possible in the future.
Dear Denon, if you can make this happen I will probably buy another LC6000 as well.
