I set the tempo range to +10 and after a few changes with songs that are close to bpm, I still get the range to +50 or +100. from the settings I set it to +10 again. Is it a software problem?
Are you also using autosync ?
If you use auto-sync it will switch to any range required in order to make the BPMs match
