Noticed this when I got the device but never did anything about it. I’m guessing the control discs are supposed to be smooth and flat?
It’s my first motorized controller so not sure if this is a fault that would be covered under warranty?
The each of the 5 SC6000M disks i have exhibit some warping, but not to this degree.
It’s not your disc the motor is warp I have the same problem with mine AMS gave me a $250 discount are I could exchange it. This a quality control problem it will not affect anything it just look bad. Just take off the platter and watch the motor spin,.Like cutting wood and small gap in the beginning larger at the in.
