I cannot sync on my controller using USB. even if Usb was in the right format, even if songs properly analysed using serato or engine, I get always the same weird blinking on sync and when i press it change to another deck .

Serato cannot be used to pre-analyze songs for mcx8000. You need to use Engine 1.6.1 (with mcx8000 compatibility enabled and exported to usb stick using the special export button on the drive panel).
After that your tracks will be visible on the usb stick under playlists and have beatgrids (on video you can see no beatgrids). No beatgrids=no sync.
