Sync Manager shows 10 GB to export... every single time!

Hi there,

I’m constantly keeping my 1 TB exFat USB drive updated with changes from my desktop library. It’s mostly working as it should. But there’s always 10 GB to be exported, even after performing the export.

Expected Behaviour

After syncing the hard drive and re-opening the sync manager, the hard drive is up-to-date and the size of tracks that need exporting should be exactly 0 bytes.

Actual Behaviour

After re-opening the sync manager, the size of files to be exported is the same as before the last sync procedure, 10 GB.

Specs

This is happening in Engine DJ 4.2.1 on Windows 11.

Are the desktop tracks being backed up by dropbox or any other cloud storage?

Yes, on Dropbox.

Dropbox may be causing it.

Dropbox is probably updating the files or writing to the files thus engine sees them as updated and syncs them all over again.
